The school year’s ending, and so is my senior high school journey.
I’ll say goodbye to Pagadian soon and “I’m back!” to Olutanga.
The island had always been and will always be my home, but somehow I’ve also found a shelter here in Pagadian, a second home I’m not ready to leave yet.
Friends, they come and go, but is it wrong to hold on to them?
I’ve become too attached.
I ache thinking about how in a few days I wouldn’t be able to see your faces nor hear your voices.
In life, the little things matter the most. We sat on the tricycle, not having any idea that it would be the last time we went home together.
I’ll miss you, I really will.
I pray that you guys will have an abundant and happy life ahead of you.
Please don’t forget me. I love you.
